Terms and Conditions for Coaching Services

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the coaching services ("Services") provided by Divine Numbers By Brianne, hereinafter referred to as the "Coach," to the individual or entity ("Client") engaging in such Services. By scheduling or purchasing Services, the Client agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Scope of Services

The Coach agrees to provide coaching services as outlined in the selected coaching package. Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Numerology coaching sessions

• Energy alignment sessions

• Personalized guidance and support

All Services are designed to support the Client's personal development and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.

3. Payment Terms

• Fees: The Client agrees to pay the fees associated with the selected coaching package. Payment is due upon booking or as otherwise specified.

• Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit card.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of the Services, all payments are non-refundable. The Client is encouraged to contact the Coach with any concerns prior to booking.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Scheduling: Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times.

• Cancellations: The Client may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a fee of $50.00

• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session and associated fees.

5. Confidentiality

The Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during coaching sessions. This confidentiality will not apply if disclosure is required by law or if there is a risk of harm to the Client or others.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Coach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the coaching relationship. The Client agrees to hold the Coach harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the Services provided.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for Services rendered up to the termination date will remain due and payable.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Englewood, Florida. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before seeking formal resolution.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Coach and the Client regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Acknowledgment

By engaging in coaching services with Divine Numbers By Brianne, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
